  • The trial version has the same features as the Deluxe version except that you will not be able to generate Schedule D or export information to tax preparation software like TurboxTax or TaxCut.

Instructions to install MyGains

  • Click "Run" on the File Download - Security Warning box.
  • MyGainsSetup.exe will be downloaded to your machine.
  • Click "Run" again on the next screen.
  • Click "Next" on the "Welcome to the MyGains Setup Wizard".
  • Choose "I accept the agreement" and click "Next".
  • Follow the on-screen instructions.

Instructions to activate MyGains

  • Once you complete the purchase successfully, an activation code will be displayed (an email will also be sent with the activation code).
  • You will need to enter the activation code in the trial version of the product to make it a licensed version.
  • With the licensed version of the product, you will be able to generate Schedule D and export data to other tax software.
