That is why all customers related information is encrypted, password protected, and stored on secure servers. Dhana Software uses SSL encription technology to provide secure connections between your computer and our servers. We take the utmost care in handling and protecting our customer information.
Our Privacy Policy is created to make your shopping experience with us a safe and secure one. Besides the information required to process the transaction and setting up your account, we do not request any financial information from you. All brokerage account information such as account ID and Passwords is stored at your computer and NOT transmitted to Dhana Software Inc. Our goal is to provide you with the best product without having to comprise your privacy.
Information Collection
Dhana Software Inc. does not sell, trade, or rent any customer information to a third party without customer consent or request. Since MyGains runs on your own computer, all information you input stays within your computer. Dhana Software does not have access to the investment and brokerage information you input into MyGains.
When processing the transaction, we ask for your name, address, phone number, e-mail, and credit card information. The information is collected so that we can process your transaction. The transactions are process by Google Checkout using encrypted technology to ensure all information is secure.
When you activate MyGains, Dhana Software collects your computer’s motherboard ID and Processor ID. This information helps us identify whether the registration key is valid so we can unlock the program. This information is also sent using encrypted technology.
We do not share any of your information with third parties without your express consent. We do not rent, sell, or trade any information collected from our customers.
Dhana Software will contact you via e-mail to inform you of important product upgrades. This allows us to communicate with you and inform you of any product related news. If you do not want to receive such communications, you can opt out by clicking on the link provided in the e-mails. If you opt-out, Dhana Software recommends you to visit MyGains.net frequently to check if there is any new product related upgrades.
Company Policy
Dhana Software does not store your credit card information. All such information is maintained by Google on its secured systems. Information maintained by Dhana Software such as your name and e-mails is maintained at secure servers. All information is encrypted to ensure complete privacy. Only authorized employees will have access to such information and none of the information collected is shared by anyone outside of the authorized employees. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary.
Because we do not gather any information other than stated in this policy, we have no way to retrieving your password to MyGains on your computer if you lose it. Therefore, please make sure you maintain your password carefully.
Exceptions to Above Policy
Dhana Software reserves the right to contact its customers to inform them of material issues that will impact the customers’ ability to use the software regardless of the opt-out status. It also reserves the right to contact its customers if it is compelled to do so due to legal proceedings or if there is a violation of our terms of use. This does not include, however, offering of new products or any other marketing messages.
